With 20+ years of customer service, operations and event management experience in hospitality, over a decade running her own business as a music instructor/director, as well as COO of a start-up online subscription-based application for adults in jazz education and Executive Director of an international jazz camp for adults, Jessica brings a wealth and variety of skills to any role. Her strengths are in brand analysis, communication, copywriting and creative content strategy and management.

As Demand Generation Specialist for Now Technologies, Inc (NTI), Jessica is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring all lead generation and marketing campaigns for NTI and its clients, including all aspects of website and online content, website design, SEO/Keyword Optimization, social media design/content, brand strategy, copywriting, in-house client newsletters, and more. She is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional and holds certifications from the Digital Marketing Institute and the American Marketing Association. Jessica is also an accomplished educator, singer-songwriter, performer, and music director.

Now Technologies has been managing domains, DNS and website security for 25+ years. After years of helping clients as needed, in 2020, NTI officially began offering in-demand Web and Media Services.
